FenirOTS.pl Rules
§1 General provisions
1. FenirOTS reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time. The changes are effective from the date of their announcement on the fenirots.pl website
2. The administration is not responsible for problems with connection or forbidden software on the part of the user.
3. The administration reserves the right to block or delete a user account that does not comply with the regulations or displays extremely toxic behavior.
4. The administration reserves the right to delete accounts inactive for more than 30 days without the consent of the owner.
5. In the case of blocking or complete deletion of the account, the user is not entitled to a refund for the purchased services.
6. By purchasing a paid service, the user confirms that he is aware of the possibility of losing the membership or privileges obtained thanks to the service, or access to them - not only in the event of breaking the rules, but also as a result of events in the game world.
7. In the case of a failure on the part of the Administration, compensation is possible but not obligatory.
8. Every each account is owned by the FenirOTS Administration and and the only user of it is player who register it.
§2 Behaviour ingame
1. Any insults or toxic behavior towards other Users or Administration are strictly prohibited.
2. Advertisements, spam, flood, ping or other harassment of Users may result in blocking the account or its deletion.
4. Disseminating the IP addresses of other Users will be punished by deleting the account.
5. It is forbidden to promote piracy, submit pornographic, racist or inconsistent with general ethical principles or Polish law.
6. The user who finds any bug in the software should report it to the Administration as soon as possible. Abuse of bugs in order to gain benefits will be punished with blocking or deletion of the account.
7. It is forbidden to impersonate other players.
8. All attempts to cheat the Administration may result in the account being deleted.
9. There is an absolute ban on trading accounts / characters on the FenirOTS server. In the event of an attempt to sell, the seller's account will be blocked.
10. Any long-term activity (over 30 minutes) to the detriment of the player (blocking exp or quests) without being part of PVP, may result in blocking the account.
11. Obstructing the work of the Administration may result in blocking or deleting the account.
12. It is forbidden to disseminate unofficial information about the server without prior confirmation from the Administration.
13. Any activity to the detriment of the server that is not mentioned in the regulations may result in blocking or complete deletion of the account.
§3 Regulamin płatności
1. The administration is not responsible for wrong bank transfers
2. The purchase of premium points is voluntary.
3. Purchased Premium Points can be exchanged for bonus in-game items.
4. Making a payment involves the automatic implementation of a digital service carried out remotely, which means that the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply.
5. You accept our processing of your e-mail address.
6. It is forbidden to cheat the Administrator, introduce incorrect content.
